Additional Info

• Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 25% Ull de Llebre
• Elaboration: Fermentation is made at controlled temperature and separate maceration of each different variety with a minimum length of 20 days. Once both processes are finished the wine is aged in American and French oak barrels (70 and 30% respectively) during a minimum period of 12 months.
• Sight: Deep cherry red with great colour and some russet notes.
• Nose: Complex aroma, very fine and smooth with reminds to toast with a brief and sweet touch of candy and vanilla.  Chocolate background which slowly opens to show raisin jam and red ripen fruits.
  
• Taste: Very smooth and elegant. It offers taste of spices, candy and ripen fruits. Balanced, mature and rounded tannins. Deep and long aftertaste.
