Refined, bleached, and deodorized palm oil shortening.


Palm All Purpose Shortening (APS) is formulated utilizing Non-GMO materials of palm and palm oil fractions, and is a natural source of palmitic fatty acid. Our Palm APS provides a Non-Hydrogenated, Low (No) Trans-Fatty Acid alternative to partially hydrogenated shortenings.
Custom formulations can be developed.
