Pomace Olive Oil is the oil obtained by the mixture of refined Pomace Olive Oil and Virgin Olive Oils except “lampante”, with a free acidity, according to the oleic acid figures, of 1'5 gr/100 gr maximum, and whose characteristics meet those established for this category by the current EEC rules. This oil is consumed as it is obtained.
Both the production and the bottling in an inert atmosphere to ensure its stability take place under the strictest conditions of our Quality Control Department at Azzurra Trading and EU Regulations. Given its acid fat composition and the refining techniques used in its production, “Pomace Olive Oil” is extremely healthy oil. Due to its combination of an excellent Virgin Olive taste and an unbeatable price, rapidly increased its sales and is still gaining in terms of market share. It is one of the most profitable oils given its high turnover, its value for money and the reduced competition in the market for frying oils.
