Azzurra Trading Residential Internship Program offers practical features in almost all departments of the company and for periods of three months throughout the year: We offer internships in summer, winter, autumn and spring.
Through Azzurra Trading you will realize an international training experience in International Food Business and Commodities Trading.

The Challenge
Five young professionals and experienced students, who share the dream of building a leadership career in the Trading Industry, who strive to make a positive change in life, and who want to form an active and thriving global network of dreamers.
Azzurra Trading interns learn the essential tools for becoming successful, well-rounded global leaders.
During the twelve weeks intensive program, the intern will learn and live amongst a diverse group of people , coming from all over the world, representing a myriad of cultures, speaking multiple languages, and learning and offering unique perspectives based on varied cultural and educational backgrounds.
The aim of the Program is to provide opportunities for a selected number of outstanding students who are passionate about joining Azzurra Trading and understanding our business through hands-on experience
You will find the freedom to explore your talents along with the guidance to develop them productively; the responsibility you need to grow and the support you need to thrive.
Most importantly, you will be trained to recognize opportunities, take the initiative, give back to the community, and lay solid foundations for your career.
To begin the Programme, candidates will go through a comprehensive induction to gain a better understanding of Azzurra Trading core business values and structure, as well as its latest developments in the business and International Trade.
Interns will then be posted to one of our operating department to start the ¨Hands-on¨ Experience.
We offer formal mentoring and performance feedback throughout the Programme, to help you prepare for your future corporate life.
The Azzurra Trading Residential Internship Program offers various learning experiences including;
