Policy of Business

Procedure

  • Seller issues sales and purchase agreement in favor of the buyer.
  • Buyer return the sales and purchase agreement duly signed and sealed to the Seller within 5 (five) working days via fax or email copies deemed as originals.
  • Within 5 (five) working days after the signing of the sale and purchase contract, the buyer's Bank states their readiness to issue their irrevocable Letter of Credit as per contract agreed to seller nominated Bank.
  • Within 10 (ten) working days of the receipt of Buyer LC payment the Seller will post the full proof of product which will activate the LC payment.
  • Shipment commence as per delivery schedule mutually agreed.

 

Samples

Samples are not used in global trade for the following reasons:

  • No sample will ever be from the same bag, batch, silo, order or shipment.
  • Any sample is easily fabricated and does not represent a true sample of what will be received in a shipment.
  • A sample can easily be damaged by heat,moisture, humidity, during transport, lose some of its oil content, protein content, moisture content, appearance, etc.

Azzurra Trading offer Samples for free. The Customer pays only for shipping and handling.
